Harvesting, Drying and Storing – This course will share the principles of how and when to harvest your herbs followed by discussing different techniques on how to dry and store them. Hamish will then take you on a harvesting walk to gather plants from around the Call of the wild farm, to bring back to look at how best to preserve for the winter months. The course will close with a herbal tea and any questions.
